This was such an amazing experience! The staff is super friendly and helpful! We had a swim out room which was fun! The room had comfortable beds, shower and jacuzzi tub! The cleanliness was above and beyond! This resort has many restaurants to choose from! Dreams restaurants are available also! The food was phenomenal. Make sure to go with friends you can have fun with. It was very pretty but it was uncomfortable. Everyone kept saying this is one of the best resorts, top tier. But it didn’t feel worth all of the BS we received. Because she isn’t a preferred member they would not issue her a key. They told she would need to wait for a golf cart to bring her to the front check in or take the 10 min walk. She asked the service for a duplication of the key. She was having a ladies issue while in her swimsuit. Her husband accidentally took it when playing golf. A member of our group didn’t have her key. Every day someone tried to sell us the membership, every day we told them we’re not interested especially with the issues with the room.
Eat at Oceana, portofino, El Patio, and the steak house if you want to enjoy more than a couple of things. When it was finally considered broken, they downgraded our room, we had a swim up. The air condition never went below 74 the entire week. The room was always clean, but the shower was falling apart because the water was spraying the wall.
